£20,000 Christmas Cash Giveaway Promotion - Terms & Conditions

This promotion is open to residents in the UK aged 16+ excluding employees, and their immediate families, of QD Stores its agents and any other persons professionally connected with the promotion.

Daily draws start on the 31st October 2011 and close on 20th November 2011.

The prize consists of 1 x cash prize to be won each day in each participating store for the duration of the promotional period. The total prize fund is £20,000.00. The minimum cash prize is £10 and the maximum cash prize is £100 per day per store throughout the duration of the promotion (31.10.11 - 20.11.11).

All QD stores and Buyrights of Hadleigh and Lathams of Potter Heigham will be participating in this activity excluding Cherry Lane Garden Centres. To find your nearest store go to:

Your till receipt only qualifies you for entry into the draw made on the day displayed on that till receipt. You must check if you’re a winner and claim your prize by 27th November 2011. No purchase required, zero till receipts will be issued on request.

Only one zero value till receipt allowed per person, per day, per store.

For all draws your number will automatically be entered into the draw at the purchase point (till). For your reference and to claim your prize the number entered is identified at the bottom of your till receipt.  It is this number, the date of your purchase as matched to the draw date, and till receipt itself that constitute your winning ticket.

All prize winning numbers will be randomly selected each night via a secure, random number generation draw system. Each draws’ date and associated winning number will be displayed by whenever possible by 9.30am each morning within the store where your till receipt was issued on or near the customer service desk of the store in which your till receipt was produced. In the event that the winning number is not able to be displayed by 9.30am, all reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that the number is displayed at the earliest opportunity.

Although all prizes will be available to be won, there is no guarantee that they all will actually be claimed.

Please retain your till receipt. In the event that you have won a prize you will not be able to claim your prize without proof of purchase through your original, itemised till receipt. To win, your draw number must match the date of the draw and the store in which your receipt was issued - no other claims will be accepted.

The number, date and store on the receipt must be clear and legible to claim. ’No photocopied or torn receipts will be accepted. Any required detail that is not clear and legible in its entirety will not be accepted as proof of win. The promoter reserves the right to verify any claim at their own discretion.

For any cash prize you must check if you are the draw winner and may only claim your prize from the participating store in which you were issued the till receipt.

The cash prizes will be issued in the store of the winning transaction, directly to winners as cash only (GBP), on handover and verification of the winning receipt. No bank orders or cheques or other forms of currency or payments will be offered.

Claims for prizes must be submitted to the relevant store by 27th November 2011. The winners may be asked to cooperate with the Promoter for reasonable publicity purposes without further recompense.

The decision of the Promoter regarding all promotional matters will be final and binding, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

Once entered into the prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, these terms and conditions, and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material as if they were set out in these terms and conditions.

The Promoter has the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Personal information gathered during the promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion only, and will not be retained by QD Stores following the campaign. QD Stores will not share these details with any other third party.

Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
